We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in DELMIA Quintiq to join the Operational Planning & Productivity Solutions team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering value to end users and has the capability to guide, coach, and technically lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your extensive Quintiq experience to design, develop, and deploy high-impact planning and scheduling solutions. Mentor and coach peers across the team, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and integration specialists, to deliver effective solutions. Contribute to and review documentation such as QBA (Quintiq Business Analysis) and QID (Quintiq Integration Document). Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 7 years working with Java / Quintiq software in a development or implementation capacity. At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on development role and a minimum of 2 years focusing on the functional side of the program. Proven ability to lead and mentor developers, including code reviews and design best practices. Knowledge / understanding of and experience with: DELMIA Quintiq configuration and customization Object-oriented programming principles is MUST Source / version control systems (e.g., Git) and their strategic importance in team development Preferred (Nice to Have) Knowledge: Functional understanding of: Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems Workforce planning systems Mathematical optimization and forecasting Declarative programming paradigms Familiarity with relational databases (RDBMS): Understanding table structure and normalization Comfortable making informed decisions about schema design (minimal use of complex SQL),
