The Engineering Services Practitioner is responsible for providing end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that solve problems and achieve business objectives. Utilizing scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience, you will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Required skills for this role include expertise in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of AWS Core Infrastructure, Red Hat Cloud Architecture, and Design. A minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience is required, along with a 15 years full-time education background. As a 5G Core Network Specialist Team Lead / Associate Manager (Nokia/Ericsson) based in Delhi-NCR or Bangalore, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, deploying, and optimizing Nokia or Ericsson 5G Core Network solutions. This role will involve providing technical leadership, defining best practices, managing teams, coordinating with cross-functional groups, and driving continuous improvement in network performance and automation. To excel in this position, you should have 10-15 years of experience in mobile core networks, with at least 3 years in 5G Core (SA/NSA). Strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise with Nokia or Ericsson 5G Core components, knowledge of 3GPP standards, and proficiency in relevant protocols are essential. Preferred skills include certifications in Nokia NSP/5G or Ericsson 5G Core, project management certifications, familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks, and knowledge of IMS, VoNR, VoLTE, and legacy network interworking. Educational qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
