We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead technical teams and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and client management expertise to successfully deliver complex projects and scale engineering teams. Responsibilities Lead architecture and technical decision-making for enterprise applications built on .NET, Angular/React, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Drive project delivery cycles including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and retrospectives Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models while ensuring engineering KPIs and timelines are adhered to Apply a data-driven approach to improve delivery performance and predictability of outcomes Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of 2050+ members, including developers, QA professionals, DevOps engineers, and business analysts Structure team models, plan rotations, and establish onboarding best practices to maintain high team engagement Act as the primary client liaison to ensure transparency, alignment, and trust in project execution Utilize cloud solutions like Azure or AWS for compute, serverless, storage, messaging, and data-driven services Participate in pre-sales activities, workshop discovery, and architecture evaluations to assess and design tailored solutions Oversee the development of internal frameworks, accelerators, and other R&D initiatives to contribute to business growth Address industry-specific challenges and provide thought leadership in solution design to meet domain needs Collaborate in project P&L monitoring, budgeting strategies, and resource allocation optimization Requirements 13+ years of experience with a strong technical foundation in .NET, Angular/React, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS Proven ability in leading the architecture and design of contemporary, scalable enterprise applications Expertise in managing engineering teams, ensuring performance management, and mentoring talent Comprehensive understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, engineering KPIs, and DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Background in client engagement, delivering governance solutions, and maintaining a focus on both technical and project execution,
