You will be joining Arise Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., operating as PragmaticPlay, a prominent content provider in the iGaming and Betting Industry. Our focus is on delivering an innovative, regulated, and mobile-centric multi-product portfolio to customers worldwide. This includes an array of products such as slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and bingo. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the technical stack, covering servers, network, storage, database, and applications in production environments 24x7. - Standardizing and automating provisioning and support using reusable cloud services and interfaces. - Developing infrastructure as code on AWS / Azure / GCP for nonproduction and production environments. - Implementing automated configuration and deployment processes to enhance functionality, availability, and manageability of enterprise cloud offerings. - Leading technical operations on key initiatives from requirements to implementation. - Ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and reporting of global cloud data centers and enterprise networks. - Enhancing productivity through delivery orchestration, proactive monitoring, self-healing automation, and operations validations. Key skills required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar qualification with a minimum of 5 years as a tech leader and people manager, and a total of 10+ years of experience. - More than 5 years of experience in Frontend Development. - Expertise in core web and browser concepts, including asynchronous JavaScript handling. - Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Track record of building and managing high-performing Frontend Development teams. - Experience in delivering high-quality web products. - Ability to lead, develop, and coach teams of top technical talent. - Understanding of technology and architecture in scalable setups. - Experience with new open-source technologies and their integration into products. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to drive technical discussions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information clearly. - Experience in highly scalable systems and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
