Position: Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager Experience: 10+yrs experience(7yrs in Salesforce) Location: Jaipur He should have below capabilities: 1. Hands-on Salesforce platform and cloud experience 2. Can play a 50% Salesforce architect role. Technical architect and people manager mix should be there. 3. Can manage team as project and people manager. 4. Can understand the enterprise architecture from Salesforce being part of that. Job Description Salesforce Engineering Manager with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure/manage stable operations and implement build new capabilities. Responsibilities Daily project governance throughout the life cycle Manage risks and issues and propose/drive corrective actions Collaborate with governance bodies and sponsors to ensure continued alignment to expected outcomes Translate the client's business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities Identify & highlight different risks and impact involved and work on mitigation plans Lead and guide the technical teams during various phases of the project including (but not limited to) design, coding, unit testing to deployment Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices Experience in developing high-level architecture design of current and future state solution based on business requirements and value propositions Experience on managed packages and App exchange apps and tools Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders globally. Education And Experience Required Typically, a technical bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or a master's degree and up to five years of experience. Hands on experience leading/managing Salesforce projects Primary Skills Knowledge and Skills: SFDC Admin configuration and customization Apex, Apex Triggers and Visualforce Integration (REST) Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC, JavaScript) Secondary Skills Trouble shooting and identify the issues Good to have SCRUM, PD2 & Architect certification.
