Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Manager at Kroolo. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing software development projects, managing integrations with other tools, and ensuring efficient delivery management processes on the platform. Engineering solutioning for Webapp platform Code reviews Performance and scale Workload / capacity review Qualifications Super hands-on technical engineering skills with Reactjs, Typescript, Nodejs, RESTservices Very strong in DB design and optimization (MongoDB, MySQL) Deep understanding of AI related stack - Python, RAG, Langchain etc Effective caching techniques, likes of Redis, In-mem cache Highly competent in engineering solutioning - front to back-end Expertise in Integration of different tools and platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,
