Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams across India. Drive performance management, career development, and team culture. Own and oversee hiring strategies, working closely with talent acquisition. Technical Oversight Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across engineering projects. Ensure code quality, system scalability, and operational excellence. Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Delivery Management Oversee execution and delivery of engineering roadmaps. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and clients. Strategic Planning Contribute to product and technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead engineering capacity planning and budgeting in India operations. Business Development Support (Optional/Preferred) Provide technical input in sales, pre-sales, and business development efforts. Help assess and scope new business opportunities and client requirements. Required Qualifications 12+ years of engineering experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams. Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and DevOps. Hands-on technical background with the ability to review code and guide architecture. Experience working with international clients and global product stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Prior experience managing India engineering operations is a strong plus.
