As an Engineer/Sr. Engineer in Service Sales at GEA, you will be part of a global company that is a leading supplier to the food and beverage processing industry and various other process industries. Your main responsibilities will include: Sales: - Conducting client visits for customer interaction, market assessment, and service product presentations - Selling GEA products, spare parts, and Plant SLA/AMCs by effectively communicating the customer support products and services - Negotiating offers, quotations, and contracts to provide the best value proposition to customers - Utilizing sales tools and updating the CRM system - Providing market feedback on competition trends Customer Service: - Analyzing customer potential and needs to proactively generate business - Customizing service solutions based on customer expectations - Reviewing the technical condition of plants on-site and advising clients on technical systems - Offering technical and commercial support to customers Commercial Processing: - Calculating service and spare parts offers - Reviewing order/offer proceedings and creating offers, quotations, and contracts To be successful in this role, you should have: - A degree in process/mechanical engineering or equivalent - Strong service knowledge and skills - Proficiency in service tools and techniques - Good commercial acumen and process technology knowledge - Excellent English language skills - 5-7 years of experience in service and/or sales engineering - Exposure to Food & Dairy processing plants and Spray Dryers Join GEA and be a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.,
