Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for conceptualizing upcoming projects by understanding customer requirements and providing optimized solutions; this includes coordinating with the technology center for basic design, analyzing tender documents, and developing P&IDs, PTS, and manpower histograms. Involved in pre-bid clarifications, identifying deviations, and preparing comprehensive techno-commercial offers while ensuring process performance criteria are met.
