Responsibilities: Ability to read electrical drawing, cable schedule /PLC program troubleshooting. Ability to read Layout/ Mechanical / Hydraulic drawings and to perform Installation and Commissioning of stationary and rotating capital equipment by conducting load tests, operator training and finally handing over the equipment by getting the required documents from the authorised customer. Responsible for providing prompt service to the customer and the team as and when required and attending to the breakdown calls to achieve the agreed-upon response time to meet their satisfaction. Review the work scheduled and the proper documents to achieve the agreed response time and individual productivity. Build relationships with customers and be the face of DISA in front of them. Generating Spare parts business should be a focus area. Review with the customer all repairs or service jobs performed by you and get their signature on the service report indicating their acceptance of proper and completed work. Ensure customer satisfaction and get a reference letter from the customer. Control the cost and days of the visit as per budget. Qualification & Experience: Diploma with 7 years Experience or Graduation in Electrical Engineering with 5 years. Hands on experience to do/Supervise cabling & termination and should know the Shot Blast application and do the minor modification in PLC programme. Hands on experience in both Mechanical and Electrical will be preferred. General Competencies: Good Interpersonal Relations Ability to Deal with Uncertain Situation, Work under pressure of deadlines. Prudent Decision Making Adaptable & Flexible Managing Schedule Follow rules & regulations, adhere to safety procedure.,
