Role : Engagement specialist , Process : Exit Management Training period : 2 weeks will be unpaid Daily : 6 interview (can take up more calls if you wish too ) Work timings : flexible 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm Job Overview: Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client organizations to gauge the root cause in order to reduce attrition rate.
