Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the stability of existing unsupported applications, managing production outages, and ensuring timely restoration. You will be working in an agile development environment, adhering to the IO Governance framework, and utilizing your knowledge of various platforms and technologies to address complex business requirements. To excel in this position, you should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on programming experience in process automation, along with expertise in development, testing, and implementation. Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and MS Access is essential, and experience in web automation using VBA is advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with MS Power Automate and Apps will be beneficial. In this role, you will be expected to think strategically, drive an adaptive risk culture, and facilitate organizational change. Building strong advisory relationships and possessing excellent communication skills will be key to your success. You will collaborate effectively across the organization and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
