As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application-related problems to ensure seamless operations. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team, participate in problem-solving discussions, assist in resolving application-related issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system problems, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, implement solutions to enhance application performance, document troubleshooting steps and solutions, and provide end-user support for application-related queries.
