Job Description

You are an experienced Encompass Admin/Developer with 68 years of hands-on experience in Encompass development, customization, and cloud upgrades. Your strong understanding of Mortgage Loan Origination processes is essential for this role, and experience integrating Encompass with Salesforce is a major plus. Your key responsibilities include administering and managing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) across multiple environments, leading or supporting cloud migration/upgrade projects, and customizing Encompass with Business Rules, Input/Print Forms, Custom Fields, and Persona-based workflows. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Encompass SDK/API integrations and tools using .NET/C# or equivalent, designing solutions aligned with mortgage loan origination workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-Encompass integrations for seamless lead-to-loan lifecycle. In addition, you will conduct regular system performance reviews, proactively manage enhancements, provide ongoing production support including backup checks, user issues, and audit tracking. Your excellent communication and documentation capabilities will be crucial for this role.
