We are a growing export company specializing in premium handcrafted home décor and furniture, with a strong presence in international markets. Our collections feature bone inlay, mother-of-pearl, metalwork, and other artisan products. We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our export team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international buyers on product development, pricing, and sampling
• Follow up on orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring timelines and quality
• Handle product sampling, costing, and approval processes
• Work closely with the production and quality control teams
• Maintain export documentation and client records
• Manage packaging and logistics coordination for timely shipments
• Attend trade shows (domestic/international) as required
• Research trends and competitor products for innovation and improvement

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in handicrafts/home décor exports

Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills

Knowledge of export documentation and procedures

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment

Attention to detail with a creative mindset
