Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating email templates, developing engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Strong communication skills in English and analytical expertise are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design and create visually appealing and responsive email templates. Develop engaging content tailored for different target audiences. Execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions). A/B test subject lines, email layouts, and content for improved performance. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field. 1+ years of experience in Email Marketing. Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.). Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization. Ability to analyze email performance data and optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for email template customization is a plus.
