Job Title: Email Marketing Executive Location: On-site Alkapuri, Vadodara Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) Salary Range: 5,000 7,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage engaging email campaigns aligned with marketing strategies. Design email templates, write compelling copy, and ensure accurate targeting. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets. Report regularly on campaign performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.). Good understanding of marketing principles and audience segmentation. Strong written communication skills in English. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
