Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for the company's most prestigious and high-net-worth (Gold) clients, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experience. Coordinate across business verticals to fulfill client requests, including but not limited to: Monthly reports and portfolio statements Market research insights and financial event updates Exclusive invitations and event details Balance information and account queries Proactively re-engage dormant high-value clients to schedule personalized consultations with wealth managers. Manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion. Handle challenging client interactions, including those with strong opinions or high expectations, with patience and diplomacy. Multi-task efficiently by managing service calls, generating reports, coordinating internal teams, and engaging dormant clients simultaneously. Qualifications & Skills Required Preferred: Prior experience in the credit card customer service division of American Express or luxury banking/wealth management service roles. Exceptional Communication Skills Impeccable diction with an optimistic and cheerful tonality. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Client-Centric Approach Ability to provide "white-glove" service, ensuring clients feel valued and prioritized. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a strong sense of empathy. Professionalism & Maturity Ability to engage with ultra-high-net-worth individuals with poise and discretion. Capability to handle irate or demanding clients with patience and problem-solving skills. Tech Proficiency Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Prezi. Ability to manage CRM tools and client databases.
