Job Title: Electronics Engineer

Location: Tamnar, Raigad, Chhattisgarh

Qualification: BE in Electronics

Gender: Male

Working Hours: 8 Hours (Rotating Shifts)

Openings: 4

Salary: 2,74,020 CTC

Role and Responsibilities:

• User Interaction: Communicate system status, issues, and configurations with users.
• System Oversight: Ensure systems operate as expected and review system logs regularly.
• MIS Preparation: Compile and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to reduce losses and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Team Productivity: Resolve field team issues to enhance productivity.
• Site Visits: Visit sites to understand team challenges and operational scenarios.
• Stakeholder Meetings: Conduct meetings with site and head office teams to meet customer expectations.
• Technician Supervision: Oversee field technicians to ensure quality performance.
• Customer Relations: Develop and maintain customer relationships; escalate common complaints to management.
• Product Feedback: Provide feedback on product features and recommend improvements to maintenance technicians.
• Installation Assistance: Support equipment installation as needed.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to client requests and resolve queries efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Multimeters
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge
