Job Title: Electronics Engineer

Location: Tamnar, Raigad, Chhattisgarh
Salary: 2,74,020 CTC
Timing: 8 Hours (Rotating Shifts)
Gender: Male
Number of Openings: 4
Radius: UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh

Qualification: B.E. in Electronics

Role and Responsibilities:

1. System Interaction: Communicate system status, problems, and configuration details to users.
2. System Performance: Ensure all systems operate according to expectations and review system logs regularly.
3. Data Management: Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and analyze data trends to collaborate on reducing pilferages.
4. Team Productivity: Enhance ground team productivity, resolve daily issues, and conduct regular site visits to understand team challenges.
5. Stakeholder Meetings: Organize and lead meetings with site and head office teams to align with customer expectations.
6. Field Supervision: Oversee field technicians and assist in equipment installation.
7. Customer Relations: Build and maintain customer relationships, report common complaints to management, and provide feedback for product improvement.
8. Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by promptly addressing client requests and resolving queries.
