Job Description
Critical Responsibilities- Have strong theoretical grasp as well as experimental experience of electrochemistry Execute comprehensive electrochemical and cell tests, conducting end-to-end analysis with full ownership of the process. Brings hands-on experimental experience from previous employment or college-level work. Support the development of systems/component design of the battery and its chemistry. Filing patents on the developed novel technologies. Model validation with test data, identify gaps and bridge them by refining simulation methods. Other Responsibilities- Improving Power density, Energy density and other performance parameters of batteries. Planning and performing battery/cell characterization tests: energy, power, etc. Creating and maintaining technical documentation. Battery capacity requirement calculation based on the load requirement and backup requirements. Working with the team to improve and optimize battery and system performance. Active contribution to Innovation: Product/Process/Business/Paper/Publication. Proficient in research paper studies, an eager learner, and enthusiastic about decoding and innovating new methods and tests. Understanding of battery chemistries, Failure modes of battery, and Charge and discharge characteristics. Experience in mathematical modelling of physical systems.
