1. Virtual and Pan-India on-site Support for Electrical and IT/Networking related issues of our productions
2. QC, Sourcing and assembling of Stackfusions products
3. Maintenance of products sold at client site
4. Providing product development feedback to design teams for product improvement
5. Must possess the skills for installing operating systems, such as Windows, Linux or macOS, and network components. They must be conversant with networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, and SMTP, among others.
6. Network Technicians must also assess PCs/ laptops, hardware and software of the network, servers, and other devices to identify potential issues. They also install, maintain, resolve, and examine network cabling. Technicians should be able to promptly troubleshoot issues to ensure that computers and network equipment are always up and working. They should be conversant with network management and the network ecosystem.
7. Technicians must keep themselves abreast of new network technologies so that they can suggest improvements to improve the network systems of the organization.
8. Technicians also need to have the ability to explain technical issues to personnel belonging to non-technical backgrounds.
9. Software and hardware testing
10. Basic soldering and assembly of hardware solutions
11. They need to partner with the system administration and information technology support teams of their organizations.
12. They will also need to document instances for future reference.
13. Knowledge of Basics of Computer(Computer and its applications, Hardware and peripherals), Computer Operating System(LAN, WAN, WWW, Web Browser, Web Site, Web page)

• Proven experience as an electrician working in AC 220v/50Hz circuits and DC 3.3v to 30v/15Amp circuits
• Knowledge of AC and DC circuits
• Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory(Company will pay for maintenance and fuel)
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
• Diploma/Degree in relevant vocational training or completed an apprenticeship as an electrician
• Valid license or degree to practice the profession
• IP camera installation
• Electrical, and Networking wire pulling via conduits. Debugging of networking or electrical wiring circuits
• Android device basic troubleshooting
• Experience with Linux scripting or embedded programming is a plus
• Experience with soldering of electronic components is a plus
