Job Description
The position is located in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Electrical. Key Technical Skill set (Must have): - Proficiency in attending breakdowns in FRD (Fanuc Robo Drill), Fanuc Robots, Conveyor, Grinding, Face Milling, Drilling, Fine Boring, Honing, and Induction Hardening machines - Experience with SIEMENS & MITSUBISHI PLC & DRIVE - Familiarity with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance - Daily updating of log books & History cards for equipment - Knowledge of safety procedures such as the LOTO system - Basic understanding of Hydraulics & Pneumatics system - Hands-on experience in replacing Ball screws, Bearings, LM guide on VMC, HMC, and turning center - Basic knowledge of spindle condition monitoring system - Understanding of mechanical drawing of assembly Key Technical Skill set (Good to have): - Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) - Troubleshooting CNC machines Key Soft Skill Set (Must have): - Strong team working skills - Basic communication skills Key Soft Skill set (Good to have): - Participation in kaizens and programs to support safety, quality, and productivity goals Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to sarojini.maran@leadec-services.com.,
