Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Supervise and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects at site. Manage installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems. Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, procurement) to ensure smooth execution. Ensure safety standards, quality checks, and timely completion of projects. Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing feasibility reports. Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs). Handle on-site technical troubleshooting and client coordination during execution. Manage site manpower and subcontractors efficiently. Candidate Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering. 1 to 3 years of experience in Solar PV project execution. Should have worked on solar rooftop or ground-mounted projects. Must be willing to work at project sites in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and nearby regions.
