Job Description

The CNC Maintenance Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime. The role requires hands-on experience in CNC maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and breakdown analysis. Preferred Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle shift-based maintenance activities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Leadership abilities to manage a team of technicians. Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: 1. Electrical Systems Maintenance: - Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. - Inspect, test, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions within production machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot electrical components, including motors, control systems, and other related equipment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues proactively. - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and equipment. 2. Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and calibration performed. - Keep inventory of spare parts, tools, equipment, and supplies required for electrical maintenance work. - Assist in drafting technical reports and documenting improvements to enhance electrical system performance. 3. Safety and Compliance: - Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while conducting electrical maintenance activities. - Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly. - Stay informed about industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical systems and ensure compliance. 4. Continuous Improvement: - Continuously monitor and evaluate electrical systems" performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Analyze electrical data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to avoid issues. - Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical maintenance techniques and technology.
