Roles in detail :
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and civil areas.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and coordination for various services.
- Handle ticket resolution by attending to maintenance requests from tenants promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve any critical maintenance issues.
