Key Responsibilities:
?Business Performance Metrics and R&M Process Compliance: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics related to facilities and maintenance
operations, ensuring compliance with R&M processes and standards to maintain efficiency and quality.
?Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
?Cost Management (If Applicable): Implement strategies to manage costs associated with facilities and maintenance operations, optimizing resource
allocation and budgetary constraints.
?Coordination and Communication with Stakeholders: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors,
and internal teams, to ensure smooth facility operations and address concern promptly.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
?Ticket Turnaround Time (TAT) Compliance: Ensure that maintenance service requests are completed within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA)
timeframe to meet customer expectations and minimize disruptions.
?Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or higher by delivering prompt, efficient, and satisfactory maintenance services and
addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
? Proven experience in facilities and maintenance operations management, preferably in a commercial or residential real estate environment.
? Strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes, inventory management, and cost control principles.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, tenants, and vendors.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficiency in relevant software applications for inventory management and reporting.
? Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
