Job Description
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Set and monitor lean targets for inventory, space utilization, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, and lead time reduction within the manufacturing site. Identify and systematically eliminate waste in the manufacturing process to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. Implement operation and machine balance strategies, organizing all production tasks around human motion to create an efficient and safe production sequence that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity. Manage the procurement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all material handling equipment, and establish an autonomous material handling system to optimize material flow.
