Job Description

As an experienced Electrical Technician in the Infrastructure industry, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of electrical distribution systems and equipment. Your key duties will include: - Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing all electrical distribution systems and associated equipment in compliance with the current National Electric Code. - Ensuring the serviceability of earthing and lightning arrestor systems, as well as managing DGs and UPS systems. - Handling maintenance and management of MP, APFC, and Capacitor panels. - Preparing and monitoring blueprints while maintaining an inventory of electrical fixtures. - Managing billing and service operations effectively. - Inspecting and testing components of electrical systems such as transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears. - Completing work orders and documenting material usage for each job. - Running computer cables, connecting computer jacks and plugs, and testing for proper operation. - Utilizing blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers" installation manuals for project completion. - Conducting surveys of electrical systems, circuits, and plans to ensure optimal functioning.
