Job Description

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing world-class service and support. Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously will be a key aspect of your role, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary. You will need to maintain a current understanding of company products, services, and industry trends. Using active listening skills, you will be expected to comprehend customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing recommendations to management will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting, processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently, and updating customer records in the company database in a timely manner are essential tasks. Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, generating reports on customer satisfaction levels and improvement areas, training new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures, and participating in team meetings for continuous improvement initiatives are also part of the job.
