Job Description Project takeover & scope matrix. Review of contract thoroughly. Project specifications requirement have been read carefully. Project BOQ/Drawing preparation. Project cable and termination schedule preparation. Submission and get approval from customer documents. Arranging materials and tools for the work. Risk analysis/ other vendor lead times and coordination/ customer BOQ delivery /manufacturing at our facility. Make sure that the project schedule is followed. Make sure that the project man-hour is maintained. Supervision to execute process for its Correctness. Constantly coordinate and communicate the projects and orders as per demand and priorities. Ensure and maintain all needed health and safety procedures, plans and contingency planning and drills in this regard. Knowledge of installation & testing process. Follow HSE rules and regulations; implement the same wherever possible. Comply and follow ISO procedures and policies. Internal Testing of electrical panel before offering to client for Final Inspection. Final inspection for the Electrical Panels to be attended with Quality team. Snag list discussion and associated closure work follow-ups. Punch list close out. Document registers preparation & handover to engineering. Close out the project and excess material return to stores. Project folder updates. Renewal of welder qualification record. Prepare the ITP, painting procedures, welding procedures, etc for submittal purpose as per project specifications/ requirements. Review the MRB (Manufacturing record documents) as per client requirements. Review the shop floor drawings (Manufacturing drawings) and give instruction to Assistant Quality Engineers to perform. Coordinating with sub-vendors (NDT, Inspection, Mechanical test, etc) Issue In-house NCR (Non Conformance report) and follow up to close. Maintaining NCR Register. Calculating Rework percentage. To follow and make sure safety rules and regulations as per company policy. Follow HSE rules and regulations, implement the same where ever possible. Comply and follow ISO procedures and policies.
