Job Title: Electrical Engineer Washing, Sorting & Granules Line Location: [KHUSHKHERA BHIWADI RAJASTHAN] Department: Engineering / Operations Reporting To: Plant Head / Maintenance Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining machines used for plastic washing, color & polymer sorting, and granule processing (HDPE, PP, LDPE). The candidate should have sound knowledge of electrical systems, automation controls, and troubleshooting in plastic recycling or polymer processing environments. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor electrical panels and PLCs in plastic washing and sorting lines Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in washing, drying, color sorting, and granule lines Ensure smooth operation of color sorting machines (optical sorters), hot/cold washing systems, and pelletizers Schedule preventive maintenance of motors, drives, control panels, and sensors Work closely with the production team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Maintain proper logs of breakdowns, repairs, and daily checks Ensure all safety protocols are followed during electrical work Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and external repairs when required Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 35 years of relevant experience in plastic recycling, washing, or polymer granulation industry Knowledge of HDPE, PP, LDPE plastic behavior in processing Strong skills in motor control systems, VFDs, PLCs, relays, contactors, etc. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach Preferred Experience With: Color sorting machines (NIR/optical sorters) Hot wash/cold wash plants Plastic extrusion and pelletizing lines Utility equipment: chillers, compressors, blowers, etc. Work Schedule: [Insert shift timing or rotation details] Salary: 25000-35000 8800020275 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
