Job Description
Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job: This position would be responsible to extend technical support to Design, Process, and Proposal teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepared proposal offers for Electrostatic Precipitator (Electrical scope). Released RFQ for various panel and E&I instruments. Delivered E&I documents load list, MCC SLD, earthing layout. Preparing Power and control cable schedule. Resolving customer queries and supporting field engineering services during commissioning of the equipment / Project. Cost saving for E&I items. (Cable, JB, etc.) Drawing checking (Panel & E&I). Detail engineering regarding E&I items. Significantly reduce man-hours in jobs of single line diagram of MCC through automation Programs (As a team, Ongoing Project). Detail engineering for cable and accessories. LV panel (MCC): Designed control circuits of MCC for critical applications while coordinating with manufacturing teams. Reduced risk of Late Delay. On-Time-Performance (OTP) in delivering E&I documents. Procurement: Prepare design data sheet for various electrical equipment / systems (TRCC, Junction box, E&I instruments).
