Hiring for an Electrical Draftsman for a leading industrial autonomous solutions company. Location: Mumbai, Chandivali Salary : 35k to 40k Years of Experience- 3-4 years Industry Type: Metal and Steel. Primary Competency Collect, study, and combine rough sketches and initial design ideas from Supervisors into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by the project managers. Major Role will be for Electrical & GA drawings, schematics, component/cable sizing for industrial panels. Prepare comprehensive wiring diagrams for electrical and mechanical fabrication GA drawing for equipment mounting according to project objectives, design information and engineering specifications. Check that final technical drafts and drawings include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, and verify that the calculations, measurements, and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers. Participate in the design process by supporting engineers and designers, contributing ideas and information, and creating rough sketches and diagrams of electrical and mechanical systems on the fly. Based on the information/updates from the site, prepare/modify drawing into As-Built drawings. Work with vendors and customers, review their documents and drawings and incorporate the same in the project drawings. Control Panel designing Key Responsibility Areas Engineering Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Working knowledge of Autocad-2D Basic knowledge of Autocad-3D Working knowledge of ePlan Software for Electrical Schematics Understanding of Electrical schematics and GA drawings Knowledge of soft documentation using MS office, Excel, Google docs & google sheets.
