Job Description
The job involves taking site measurements, ensuring site detailing matches the drawings, overseeing the activities of contractors and suppliers, and ordering materials based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) after thorough verification. You will coordinate with the client and the Project Manager to ensure all site work activities are carried out smoothly and as per schedule. Your responsibilities will include following the project construction schedule daily, updating the Project Manager regularly, raising and resolving issues at job site meetings, preparing daily site reports, and checking the quality of work during various construction activities like plumbing, electrical work, AC installation, and waterproofing. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a site blog book, monitor labor attendance, enforce site safety measures, and ensure all workers have the necessary safety equipment. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, yearly bonus, and the work schedule will be during day shifts. The work location is on-site.,
