Job Description Job Title: Elders Care Service Manager Industry: Social Care Country: Australia Role Type: Full-time Job Summary The Services Manager of the Elders Care Service at Eleanor Duncan Aboriginal Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe aged care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and other community-based aged care programs. The primary focus of the role is to ensure that services promote independence, enhance quality of life, and keep Elders connected and engaged with their community. Skills Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of aged care service delivery Understanding of cultural safety principles Problem-solving abilities Responsibilities Lead and support the Community Aged Care team to deliver responsive, person-centred care Ensure service goals, standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met Drive ongoing service improvements Work closely with key stakeholders and the broader community to improve access and inclusion outcomes for Elders Contribute to effective operations of aged care services Foster an environment of consumer engagement and partnership Participate in quality, safety, and risk management programs Qualifications Certification in Age Care Management or similar role Experience working as a manager in a social care setting Knowledge of aged care regulations Please note that if these instructions do not relate to job description requirements then please ignore them.,
