You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of medium-sized domestic B2B clients; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Strategic Account Planning: Develop account strategies based on a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and market trends. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new services, solutions, or product enhancements. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial discussions, negotiate product/service terms, and close deals within authorized limits. Product & Market Expertise: Maintain a solid understanding of our EdTech solutions, industry trends, and competitors. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing value to clients. Reporting & Insights: Track account health metrics, prepare business reviews, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 37 years of experience in B2B account or relationship management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital solutions. Strong understanding of business models, financial acumen, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience managing a domestic territory and driving revenue growth. Tech-savvy with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS, or AI-enabled education solutions. Prior experience in the education sector or a startup environment.
