Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in EDI mapping (e.g., EDI to XML, EDI to flat file conversions).

• In-depth knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.

• Proficiency in handling XML, flat files, and spreadsheet data formats.

• Experience with data transfer protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative and proactive team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a B2B/EDI support or technical operations role.

• Exposure to trading partner onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incident tickets and event-driven alerts related to EDI processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer EDI issues, ensuring timely and effective communication of root causes.

• Implement bug fixes for translation and mapping issues in live production environments.

• Manage trading partner onboarding, including setup of SFTP/AS2 configurations.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as development, QA, and account management to deliver high-quality support.

• Escalate critical issues promptly, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability by working on customer systems until all issues are fully resolved.
