Role Description This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department of the company. They will develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align goals, analyze web traffic metrics, and ensure an optimal user experience on the company's online platforms. The role requires hands-on management of the online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to analyze web traffic metrics and sales data Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams Proven experience in e-commerce management Background in marketing and sales strategies Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
