Job Summary As a Key Account Manager at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying key stakeholders and parties essential for the success of the sales and account management strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate long-term relationships with key customers, utilizing strategic implementations to enhance performance and growth within the identified key accounts. Roles & Responsibilities - Identify Key Accounts and relevant Stakeholders. - Develop sales planning and budgeting for each product within the key account, ensuring alignment with regional and headquarters targets. - Plan the Product Portfolio and analyze monthly sales trends from Accounts, collaborating with the Media Manager to enhance sales for the Key Account. - Analyze competitor information within the Key Account, gather market data on competitors" sales, marketing initiatives, and product pricing, and prepare monthly reports for the Sales and Marketing team. - Create a customized Engagement Plan for the Key Account, identifying specific needs and tailoring strategic initiatives accordingly. Qualifications - Educational qualification: Graduate; MBA in marketing (preferred) - Minimum work experience: 2 to 3 years Skills & Attributes Technical Skills - Thorough understanding of the Indian eComm industry, customer segments, behavior, and competition. - Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict market demand and allocate resources effectively. - Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies. - Understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines.
