Job Description
As an Equity Capital Markets - Execution professional based in Mumbai, you are expected to have a post-graduation in Finance with a strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets. With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an ECM Execution role, you are well-equipped to take on the following responsibilities and showcase your skills and traits effectively. Your role as an ECM Execution specialist involves advising clients on various equity raising options such as IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Buybacks, FPOs, Delisting, etc., based on their business needs and risk appetite. You will be responsible for conducting complete due diligence exercises for IPOs, Rights Issues, Takeovers, Buybacks, and more. In this position, you will collaborate with different intermediaries including Merchant Bankers, Advertising Agencies, Registrars to the Issues/Offer, Brokers, and Banks. Your duties will include handling due diligence procedures for issuer companies covering business, financial, and legal aspects. Additionally, you will work closely with the research team on valuations and research reports. Your role also entails liaising with regulatory authorities such as SEBI and Stock Exchanges like BSE & NSE. You will play a key role in facilitating private equity placements and supporting the preparation of investor pitch materials and other resources for the organization. Moreover, you will be involved in coordinating and overseeing the drafting of agreements. Overall, as an ECM Execution professional, your role is crucial in guiding clients through equity raising options, ensuring due diligence is conducted meticulously, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the success of investor pitches and agreements within the organization.,
