Job Description Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize the Oracle HRMS modules as per business needs. Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of HRMS modules. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and integrate custom solutions. Assist in data migration, report development, and system upgrades. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Offer continuous improvement recommendations to enhance HRMS processes. Required Skills Proven experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HRMS modules. Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and processes. Familiarity with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Oracle HRMS Certification (preferred). Experience in Oracle EBS R12 or later versions. Additional Information The candidate should be available to join within 15 to 45 days. The position is based in Pune ,
