You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end testing activities for Oracle HRMS modules as part of the upgrade process. Your role will involve preparing test scripts and test cases to validate the functionality of HRMS modules post-upgrade. In addition, you will perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaboration with technical teams (developers, DBAs) will be essential to troubleshoot issues related to data migration, configurations, or system errors. Your tasks will also include implementing new features introduced in Oracle EBS R12 versions relevant to HRMS modules. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant, preferably in EBS environments. You should have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules, particularly in upgrades from 12.1.3 to 12.2.13. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue identification is required. Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 architecture and 12.2.13 online patching features is also expected. Experience configuring ECC and familiarity with Oracle documentation like UPK and OUM will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
