Job Description
The job involves managing the schedule and calendar of the Managing Director, coordinating meetings, handling communication on behalf of the MD, organizing travel arrangements and itineraries, conducting research and preparing reports, assisting with presentation preparation, maintaining confidentiality and discretion, managing office operations and administrative tasks, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and responding to emails, and handling expense reports and budgeting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 1 year of total work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and the candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.,
