Job Description
As the right hand to the Partner/Director, your responsibilities will include calendar management, domestic & international travel coordination, meeting scheduling, preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MOM), managing overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, acting as a bridge between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidential records and communication, and supporting in basic tasks related to taxation and compliance (preferred). We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, with prior experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrator in CA firms, legal firms, consulting firms, BFSI, or professional services industry. Familiarity or prior exposure to taxation-related documentation or coordination would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
