Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant (EA) to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to the smooth operations of the company. The EA will act as the key liaison between the executive team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. Travel & Logistics Management: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for the leadership team. Document & Report Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings, including following up on action items. Project Coordination: Assist in managing various projects and initiatives across departments. Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Event Planning: Organize company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to support employee engagement and company culture. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage office vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business Administration or similar preferred). Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative support role in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
