Understanding the team members" strengths, weaknesses, and motivations is key for an effective leader in this role. Roles: Develop a Strategy: Formulate a plan the team will use to reach its goal. Provide Training: Offer any training that team members need. Communicate Instructions: Deliver clear instructions to team members. Monitor Participation: Ensure the training provided is being put to use, and see if any additional training is needed. Manage Operations: Handle the flow of day-to-day activities. Create and Distribute Reports: Update the company on the team's progress and distribute reports to the appropriate personnel. Qualification: B.Tech from a certified university. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling different e-learning profiles within a team.,
