Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Support Team for a leading E-commerce client. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries and providing prompt and effective resolutions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via voice calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Provide accurate product and order information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

• Meet daily call and quality targets as defined by the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer support role is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both languages required)

• Must be a graduate from a recognized institution

• Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure

• Good problem-solving and listening skills

Work Details:

• Shift: Day shift

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

• Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

• Transport: Two-way cab facility provided
