Job Title: Senior Executive - Operations (Q-Commerce & E-Commerce) Location: Gurgaon About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our order fulfillment operations, from receiving orders to ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will work closely with warehouses, logistics partners, and other internal teams to optimize our operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage order processing and dispatch. Coordinate with warehouses to ensure efficient stock management and timely order fulfillment. Oversee delivery operations and ensure timely delivery to customers. Track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
