Job Description
Key Responsibilities: .Conduct comprehensive training sessions on E-Commerce software functionalities, both in-person and online. .Develop and deliver customized training materials, guides, and tutorials for diverse learners. .Assist clients in understanding software benefits, enhancing their adoption and efficiency. .Continuously update training methodologies to align with software improvements and industry trends. .Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide insights on user needs and software enhancements. .Support trainees post-training with follow-ups and additional coaching as needed. Requirements: .Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce software training. .Previous experience in E-Commerce software sales is required. .In-depth knowledge of SaaS-based E-Commerce platforms and their features. .Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills. .Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand training materials. .Knowledge of major E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or unicommerce similar is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: .Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field. .Experience working with E-Commerce software implementation and client training. .Proven ability to bridge training with sales strategies, increasing software adoption and customer satisfaction.
